The transfer stage is where the ownership of the project will be transferred to the client. This transfer is contingent upon the completion of the project and the client’s approval of the final product. The client will also have to be fully capable of undertaking the ownership and management of the project before the transfer is completed. The client ends up owning or buying the entire operation and the necessary assets after the transfer are complete. This phase is subject to various factors and can come before or after the allotted time frame for the completion of the project.
